Furniture Delivery & Pickup Terms

We Deliver More Than Furniture. We Deliver Peace of Mind.

We know you want your furniture home safe, sound, and on time. Here’s everything you need to know to make store pickup and furniture delivery as smoothly as possible.

Scheduling Your Furniture Delivery

  • We schedule delivery at the time of purchase or when your order arrives in-store.
  • Delivery starts at $80 and varies depending on distance and other factors.
  • We deliver locally—and as far as South Haven and beyond, if needed. Just ask!
  • On delivery day, we’ll contact you with a 2–3 hour arrival window.

Delivery Area & Timing

  • While we do our best to accommodate your schedule, deliveries are made during regular business hours based on route planning.
  • Occasionally, delays or rescheduling may happen due to weather, traffic, or other surprises. We’ll stay in touch if things change.

What’s Included

Our delivery crew goes beyond the curb—we’ll bring your furniture into your home and place it where you want it.

Additional delivery services may include:
  • Assembly of multiple or complex pieces (for an added fee).
  • Old furniture haul-away, available upon request and priced depending on the piece(s).

Note: We always aim to be helpful, but safety comes first. Our team may decline to deliver if conditions are unsafe or tight spaces risk damaging your furniture.

How to Prepare for Delivery

To help everything go off without a hitch, please:

  • Clear walkways, hallways, and entrances.
    Measure doors and tight corners ahead of time to ensure your item will fit.
  • Secure pets and valuables during delivery.
  • Let us know in advance if there are stairs, elevators, or tricky access points.

Pro tip: If the fit looks questionable, call us—we’ve seen it all and have tricks up our sleeves.

Furniture Pickups In-Store

Want to pick up your purchase instead? No problem!

  • Bring your own tie-downs, blankets, and straps.
  • We don’t have staff on hand for heavy lifting, so if you need help, please call ahead to schedule assistance.
  • We’re not liable for any damage once your item leaves the store.

Back Orders & Special Orders

If your furniture isn’t in stock, we’ll place a special order and give you an estimated arrival time based on past manufacturer performance.

We’ll keep you updated—but please note:
  • Furniture delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays happen, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
