We Get It—Sometimes It’s Just Not the Right Fit

We don’t offer standard furniture returns, but we’ll work with you to make it right. Here’s how our furniture exchange and approval process works.

Not Happy With Your Furniture Purchase?

Let us know within 14 days. We’ll offer a 100% in-store credit toward another piece of furniture—no hard feelings, no hassle. After 14 days, exchanges are still possible but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Want to Try Before You Commit?

Ask about ordering a piece “on approval.”
We’ll place the order with a fully refundable down payment, so you can see it in person before you commit. If it’s not love at first sit, we’ll take the furniture back and refund your deposit.

A Few Things to Know:
  • All returned furniture items must be in like-new condition.
  • Custom or special orders may have different terms—we’ll walk you through them at the time of purchase.
  • Furniture delivery and pickup fees are not refundable.
