Russ
(Russ III, a.k.a. “Dad”)
Title: Owner, “retiring gradually”
Years at the Company: Officially started in 1972, later became president of Dreamers in 1986 and oversaw two other stores in Marshall and Battle Creek, but now it’s just the one Galesburg store.
Build & Fit: Average height, prefers a medium-firm seat with good back support.

Russ is the fourth generation of this operation, which makes him the keeper of all furniture knowledge and dad jokes. He’s also the one to thank for making sure everything we carry meets his old-school standards. His hobby is habitat/prairie restoration with the West Michigan Land Conservancy.
Lee
Title: Administrator + Former Delivery Guy + Former Actor
Years at the Company: Born with a fabric swatch in his mouth
Build & Fit: Husky redhead, best fit for wide-arm chairs with deep cushions … or that stump from the end of Shel Silverstein’s ‘The Giving Tree’

Lee is our fifth-generation furniture fella and your go-to for delivery updates, showroom laughs, and shockingly accurate sizing advice. He’s got strong opinions about classy versus comfortable and whether Superman or The Flash would win in a foot race.

Title: Manager
Years at the Company: 3 (and counting)
Build & Fit: Big and tall, best suited for a XL recliner or a couch with deep cushions

With over 15 years experience in customer service, Ron will always do his very best to solve any problems that may arise (but hopefully there are none!).
